Cleo appoints Andrew Skarupa chief financial officer

ROCKFORD, Illinois – (COMMERCIAL THREAD) –Cleo, the pioneer and world leader in the ecosystem integration software category and supplier of Cléo Cloud Integration platform, today announced to have appointed Andrew (“Drew”) Skarupa as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, a new position.

In his new role, Skarupa will oversee the Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Legal and IT departments of Cleo, and will report to Mahesh Rajasekharan, Cleo President and CEO.

Prior to joining Cleo, Skarupa spent 2.5 years at Forecast5 Analytics, a privately funded SaaS EdTech company, where he served as CFO and COO until the successful sale of the company at Frontline Education. Prior to that, he spent 12 years as CFO and COO at RealD, one of the world’s leading licensees of stereoscopic (three-dimensional) technologies, joining when it was a start-up -up pre-revenue and leading the company when it went public, turning RealD into a public NYSE-listed company with nearly $ 300 million in revenue and a market cap of nearly $ 2 billion dollars.

Skarupa has also held various other financial leadership roles at RetailNext, Watermark Sports, Alliant Protection Services, Inc., Malibu Networks, idealab !, MiniMed, Inc. and Deloitte. He received a Bachelor of Mathematics from UCLA, an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and holds many other professional certifications.
